These terms govern your use of the Rekinder platform for buying and selling secondhand baby and children's items in Switzerland. By using Rekinder you agree to these terms.

Using Rekinder

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account and post listings
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including safety information
  • Rekinder is a marketplace facilitator — transactions are between buyers and sellers directly

Safety obligations for sellers

Sellers must complete mandatory safety checklists for strollers, car seats, cots, and carriers. Misrepresenting the condition or safety status of an item is grounds for account suspension.

Marketplace payments

Buyers and sellers arrange payment directly when they meet, for example via Twint. Rekinder does not hold or process marketplace payments.
