These terms govern your use of the Rekinder platform for buying, selling, and renting secondhand baby and children's items in Switzerland. By using Rekinder you agree to these terms.

Using Rekinder

You must be 18 or older to create an account and post listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including safety information
Rekinder is a marketplace facilitator — transactions are between buyers and sellers directly

Safety obligations for sellers

Sellers must complete mandatory safety checklists for strollers, car seats, cots, and carriers. Misrepresenting the condition or safety status of an item is grounds for account suspension.

Rentals and deposits

Rental security deposits are held via Stripe Payment Intents. Deposits are released automatically when items are returned in the agreed condition, or captured if a damage dispute is raised.
